Shawn Gaskill is a 23-year-old rock/metal guitarist, writer, producer, and audio engineer based in Boston, MA. He is a upcoming graduate of Berklee College of Music, where he dual majored in Contemporary Writing & Production, Music Production & Engineering, and triple minored in Film Scoring, Video Game Scoring, and Audio-Post Production.

As a composer, Shawn has worked with Droid Mafia in creating music for Warner/Discovery’s production music library, where networks such as CBS, Investigation Discovery, and Discovery Channel pick production music for their shows and programming. 

Shawn’s work as a composer has been recognized by composer organizations such as ASMAC, where he ranked 3rd in their annual Jon and Ray Charles Vocal Arranging Competition in 2023. 

As a recording/mixing/mastering engineer and producer, Shawn has worked with up and coming artists and musical groups. One of which, a chamber choir called Chord Achoired, went on to have their performance shared on the 800k+ follower Instagram page @dailychoirs.
